We are NZ's leading Babywear and Nursery Furniture specialist serving NZ for over 35 years with 24 stores nationwide and an online shopping service to match. We are proud to be a New Zealand owned family run business employing over 200 New Zealanders.
Our trained staff are there to help you about the types of products you will need as a first time mum or dad and continue to strive to give you the best advice. They are fully trained with our ongoing comprehensive training programme in all aspects of the products and customer service and are happy to help out where possible.
Our clothing range has expanded and includes sizes from the prem baby up to size 5. We also stock a large toy range, manchester and a full comprehensive range of nursery furniture from budget options to the more expensive options depending on your budget. We stock the best brands locally and also source from overseas a variety of products at great prices and value for money.
We will continue to deliver the best product range at best prices, and of course, outstanding customer service.

We Accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Q-Card, Buy Now Pay Later - Afterpay, EFTPOS, or Direct Credit into our Account. In all our Baby Factory Stores we also Accept Farmers and Cash
E-mail orders
If you cannot get to one of our stores or having difficulties placing an order via our website please email through to customerservices@babyfactory.co.nz and we will be happy to help with a Direct Deposit Order - Please note we don't take Phone Orders with Credit Cards.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available on line or in store. Gift Cards can be purchased at any denomination starting from $5.00. Gift Cards can be used instore or online and have no expiry date!
Gift Receipt
If you buy a gift for someone ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can swap it for something else if need be.
Hireage of Car seats
We also HIRE infant Car Seats, Car Seats and Booster Seats. Because we have 24 stores nationwide you can pick up the item from one branch and drop it off at another - great for going on holiday.
Fully Trained Staff
Our staff are fully trained to give you friendly service and advice for all your baby needs. We have a comprehensive training programme.

We have our very own repair department that can service your after sales warranties.
